These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions” or “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you either an individual, group or entity (the “Customer”, “User”, “You”, or “Your”) and www.jimmy.com (“Website”, “Site” or “Service”) owned and operated by Whirlwind Enterprises Limited (“Company”, “Whirlwind”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) a company operating in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales from its head office located at 1B Stile Hall Parade London W4 3AG United Kingdom.

By continuing to access the Website, you represent that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as the Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provisions of this Agreement, please cease using this website immediately.


The website is not designed for Users who are under the age of eighteen (18) years. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you must obtain the express consent of your parent or legal guardian to enter into this Agreement. By granting their express consent to the use of the Site, your Parent(s) or Legal Guardian(s) take responsibility for: (i) your actions; (ii) any charges associated any purchases on our Website; and (iii) your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. Please do not use the Site without the express consent of your parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

Where you enter into this Agreement on behalf of another individual, group or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to act on behalf of that individual, group or entity and to bind the former to this Agreement.


How it works

The Site offers Users a convenient way to order superior quality snooker cues, cases and accessories as well as luxury watches, perfumes and similar products online. Users can easily select from our large collection of best-in-class quality products and place their order at www.jimmy.com. Customers can easily make payments using secure Paypal payment gateway or their credit card through Stripe Payment Processor. The Company currently uses third-party shipping companies including Royal Mail for shipping products locally in the United Kingdom and other parts of the World.

We currently offer free shipping for all deliveries within the UK. Shipping fees for international deliveries are borne by the Customer and they can be easily viewed before you checkout and pay for your order.

Delivery, Pricing and Payment

The delivery of the all products on www.jimmy.com is subject to availability. Our selected shipping service providers strive to deliver the product to you within the delivery timeframe stated at the time you place your order. However, you understand that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and delays can occur for reasons beyond our control and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery whatsoever caused.

The product shall be delivered to the address specified by you when placing your order. In case where a customer refuses to take delivery of the product without sufficient cause or justification, or the parcel bounces, we will keep your ordered product for a period of sixty (60) days, from the date we receives the bounced parcel. After the lapse of such period, the product or item is deemed abandoned by the Customer, and the Company may dispose of the product in whatever way it deems fit. We assure our Customers that we will use our best efforts to return the product to them within the time frame provided.

Please note that we reserve the right to change our product prices at any time without giving any prior notice to you, you will be liable to pay the product price listed on our Website at the time you place your order

Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

To request a refund for items purchased from www.jimmy.com you must return the purchased item back to the Company within 14 days from the date of initial order. You will be responsible for payment of two-way shipping fees, insurances charges and any additional duties payable on international returns.

Please note that we will inspect all returned items before processing any refunds to your account. To qualify for a refund please ensure that you can satisfy the following requirements:

•       The item of must be purchased from the online store at www.jimmy.com;

•       Items must be unused and in original packaging and in resalable condition;

•       Packaging must include all original items such as any manuals, tags etc;

•       Return package must include original invoice or sale receipt;

•       Return shipment must be securely packaged and insured to prevent any damage to the items during shipping;

Replacement policy

In the event we delivered incorrect item to you or the item you received contained a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it for you after we receive the non-compliant item. We will also cover two-way shipping fees to enable you to return the item back to us.  Please ensure that you meet all the requirements listed below to qualify for a return and replacement before sending the items back to us. To request replacement, you must notify us of any of the aforementioned issues within 48 hours from the time of delivery and submit a replacement request.

Please note that for the purposes of this provision, incorrect item or manufacturing defect does not refer to any minor variations in colour which may vary slightly based on different digital screens and studio lighting during product shoots. We make our best effort to ensure that all product description, images, colours and measurements are accurate depiction of the product available on our website however we are unable to offer you any guarantees or approve returns and replacement for such minor variations.

We will not offer refunds or replacements if damage occurs as a result of you not following the product care instructions.

To submit a return and request replacement please send us an email at help@jimmy.com with the words “Return and Replacement Request” in the subject line and the following information: your full name, delivery address, email address, phone number along with the reason for return and replacement request. Once you receive a confirmation email from us regarding your return request, you will be expected to ship the nonconforming item back to the following return address:

Please note that you can only return items for replacement if the following conditions are met:

•       Items must be purchased from the online store at www.jimmy.com;

•       Return request email must be sent within 48 hours from the time of accepting delivery;

•       You have received confirmation from the Company to ship the non-compliant item back;

•       Items must be unused and in original packaging;

•       Packaging must include all original items such as tags;

•       Return package must include original invoice or sale receipt;

•       Return shipment must be securely packaged and insured to prevent any damage to the items during shipping;

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse replacement or accept any returns for items that do not comply with aforementioned requirements.

Refunds Policy

Where you qualify for a full or partial refund, we will process the  refund via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment. As we rely upon third-party service providers and banks to process refunds, we are unable to offer you any guarantees as to the exact timeline for refunds reaching your account. We may in our sole discretion agree to bear any costs that may be incurred in the processing of refund.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order any time before shipping and you will be entitled to a full refund which will be payable in accordance with our Refund Policy as stated above. To Cancel your order please contact us at help@jimmy.com by using the word “Cancellation” in the subject line. If your item has already been dispatched, you can still claim a refund by returning the item back to us in accordance with our Return, Replacement and Refund Policy above. Please bear in mind that you may become liable for two-way shipping if the return and refund request is not due to any fault of the Company.
